When a clinician dials 911 from within the Mobile Heartbeat application, onsite security and key personnel receive instant notifications containing the caller’s callback number and precise location information. This immediate visibility enables staff to respond quickly, guide first responders, and coordinate assistance where it’s needed most.

This joint solution supports compliance with both Kari’s Law and the RAY BAUM’s Act, which require that:

• 911 calls can be placed directly without dialing an access code
• A notification is sent to onsite personnel when 911 is dialed
• The caller’s “dispatchable location” (such as building, floor, and room number) is provided to emergency services
