Responsibilities
· Learning every feature of the SENTRY™ family of software products
· Performing SENTRY™ Software Implementations and Upgrades
· Answering SENTRY™ Software Technical Support calls and emails
· Assisting with writing or updated SENTRY™ Software Technical Documentation
· VoIP Troubleshooting including PBX routing logic and network layer
· Taking notes during customer calls and internal meetings
· Updating the internal 911 Secure CRM tool with new customer data
· Assisting IT with Telephony and System Admin-related tasks
· Assisting QA with Sentry Software testing
Basic Qualifications
· Able to work efficiently and responsibly as a remote worker, maintaining regular work hours and being available at a moment’s notice via IM or phone
· Able to work as a team player
· 5 years experience with enterprise VoIP platforms (Avaya CM/SM)
· 5 years experience with SIP troubleshooting including SBC configuration
· 3 years experience with either Microsoft Teams or Genesys cloud CX administration
· Able to work on simultaneous projects and not mind having work reprioritized on short notice
· Able to learn new tools and technologies
· A full understanding of Microsoft Office products
· Excellent written and verbal skills
· 5+ years working directly with customers
Preferred Qualifications
· 5+ years working directly with customers in a leadership role
· An associate or bachelor’s degree
· Avaya Certified Support Specialist (ACSS) certified
